habji Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the habji platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all services provided through it. These Terms form a binding agreement between habji ("we", "us", "our") and any person using the platform ("you", "user", "player").

habji is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and fair environment at all times.

Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, or per household address. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts and any balances held in them being forfeited.

3.1 Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your habji account login details completely confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. All transactions carried out through your account will be treated as your own.

If you believe that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our customer service team immediately. habji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.

3.2 KYC Verification

habji reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal request, before issuing a bonus, or in cases of suspected suspicious activity, we may ask you to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to provide verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the habji platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• habji reserves the right to review any withdrawal request if unusual activity is suspected.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only — using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

habji offers new players a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim this bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• habji reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account or by members of the same household.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A specific time limit for meeting wagering requirements may apply, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the habji platform has its own set of rules. It is your responsibility to read the relevant game rules carefully before playing. If a technical error occurs in a game result, habji reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.

6.2 Fair Play

habji ensures that all game outcomes are completely impartial and determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our platform uses SSL encryption and player data is kept secure at all times.

6.3 VIP Program

habji's VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular active play. Additional benefits and offers are available at each tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the habji platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using artificial or fraudulent betting strategies to meet bonus requirements ("bonus abusing").
• Participating in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, cheat, or manipulate the platform's software or games in any technical way.
• Threatening, harassing, or spreading misleading information about other players.
• Using robots, bots, or automated software to bet or play games.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Depositing funds into an account using a third party's money.

8.1 Closure by habji

habji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without stating a reason. However, accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of the Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may contact our customer service at any time to close your account. All pending verifications and withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.
